World leaders in sheet metal technology, Trumpf laser cutting machines and software enable us to cut parts ranging from super fine to very thick. We work with various material types including mild steel, stainless and aluminium sheet. Customers can supply their own material or we can provide as part of our quote.
Common variants of metals we cut are Bisalloy, Checkerplate, Galvanised Steel, Zincaneal and plastic coated Stainless Steel. Capacity details for both Flat Plate/Sheet and Tube cutting are detailed below.

We can process round, square and rectangular tubes
The values listed below are the generally acceptable specifications for processing tubes. Please contact us for tube parts that go outside the values specified so we can assess processability.

The Clamping Dead Area is required to maintain clearance between the cutting head and the clamp jaws. This length of the tube cannot be cut but is required to hold the tube in the jaws for processing. This length should be added to the part length to calculate the length of material required.
