* To quote or process parts with our computer system they must be presented in the Drawing Exchange Format (filename extension .DXF). These files are the only type our computer system will accept. We do have programs that are capable of converting AutoCAD and equivalent drawing files (filename extension .DWG) to .DXF format.

A programming fee can be charged for part drawings supplied that are not in either the .DXF or .DWG formats. This will depend on the complexity or work required to develop the drawing file. Extra work is required for part profiles supplied not as drawings, without sufficient dimension or without sufficient information.

Drawing files supplied must be supplied with the parts scaled 1:1 or with appropriate dimensions and/or an indication of scale.

** Drawings for tube parts should be supplied as flat pattern drawings fully dimensioned. Fully dimensioned drawings of tube parts will be accepted for quoting if supplied as Adobe Portable Document Format (filename extension .PDF) files.
