We are able to process Round, Square and Rectangular tubes. The values listed below are the generally acceptable specifications for processing tubes. Parts that go outside the values specified will need to be assessed for processability. For a tube part processing assessment please contact us .
Clamping Dead Area
300mmNOTE: The Clamping Dead Area is required to maintain clearance between the cutting head and the clamp jaws. This length of the tube cannot be cut but is required to hold the tube in the jaws for processing. This length should be added to the part length to calculate the length of material required.
